Sivan Design has completed the first stage in providing the Federal Ministry of Works-Public Private Partnership (PPP) Unit with a Performance Monitoring and Management System (PMMS). The system goal is to establish a GIS based Roads Management System (RMS) which will enable the PPP to monitor and evaluate preparation of roads projects, monitor and control various aspects during the construction and operation phases, and to effectively administrate road related assets.
