Sivan Design is honored to have Mr. Mallam Isa Yuguda – honorable governor of Bauchi State in Nigeria – visit BAGIS Office in Bauchi. BAGIS – Bauchi State Land Information System – is used by the government to manage Land registration and issue Certificates of Ownership to Land owners. The governor was impressed by the efficiency of the registration process and by the easy-of-use of BAGIS system that was developed by Sivan Design.
