Bayelsa GIS (BGIS) Flag off ribbon-cutting ceremony

Sivan Design, a leading provider of GIS-ERP turnkey solutions, is proud to announce the successful flag-off of BGIS – Bayelsa Geographic Information System with ERP capabilities for Land and properties management in Bayelsa State, Nigeria. The ceremony took place on Friday, February 14 at the BGIS office in Yenagoa. The ribbon was cut by Honorable Seriake Dickson, Bayelsa State Governor.

Following the ceremony, a thorough presentation describing BGIS capabilities was presented to the governor and additional honorable guests and was highlighted by the producing the first Land Certificates of Ownerships that were later signed by Governor Dickson.
